• 04 Dec 2022 BANPROD Partial Q3 Upgrade:

  • We are proceeding with a partial Q3 upgrade to be safe for any FinAid upgrade that might depend on it. Please continue your testing efforts and update the results and feedback to BRG 2022-11 Partial Q3 Testing file, which you can find under files/testing signoff worksheet under BRG General Channel. Please let us know the feedback by Thursday since we are shooting to deploy on Sunday, Dec 4th.

• 28 Nov 2022 BANPPRD Clone - in progress - PPRD will be used by specific list of users for the next month.

• 13 Nov 2022 OS patches will be applied to all servers (Admin/SSBs) and all applications need to be restarted so the OS updates will take effect. - Completed

• 12 Nov 2022 Exadata Infrastructure Patches - Databases will be available during this maintenance with performance impacts possible. - Completed

• 30 Oct

  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Oracle DB Release Update 19.16 in BANPROD - No down time. BCM will be restarted to redistribute the load on the servers.

• 25 Oct

  • BANPROD Admin Pages Slow and Oracle Connection Error

    • Memory utilization is high on both admin servers. We need to add more memory to each server. And this requires a restart.
      Here is the plan, and we will do that in a rolling manner – one server at a time
